This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has fully-equipped rooms and serves free and excellent breakfast. The staff are very professional and service-minded, managed the parking on-site. The ambiance is family. They have a lot of meals to choose from, the food is tasty.

I absolutely loved the city! the hotel here was so awesome, plus it's just a hop, skip, and a jump away from a subway station. the location was spot on and super convenient, pretty close to Soho.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The hotel's location in the financial district was great, and being only 12 miles from LaGuardia airport was convenient. Additionally, we really appreciated the free Wi-Fi provided. it was a good value.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was very convenient for us to travel around the city, with easy access to three different subway lines. The hotel is situated in a vibrant area, right on the border of Chinatown and Little Italy, with restaurants everywhere. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff was wonderful - friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was tasty and provided a good start to our day.

Perfect location in the middle of Chinatown, close to Grand Station rail, Little Italy, and Canal Street. Clean room with space for 3 people. Friendly staff that greeted us. Lovely continental breakfast provided.

Great Value and Location! The hotel was perfectly located with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious and clean, exceeding my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed during our stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, offering a variety of options to start the day. it was a comfortable and convenient experience.
A few minor inconveniences. The queen bed was a bit soft and small for sharing with family members, and the AC didn't work properly at times.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Chinatown for a week while exploring the city. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay comfortable. The room service was great, and the housekeeping staff was friendly. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The subway was also very close, making it easy to get around the city. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The value for money was great, and the room was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Chinatown, Little Italy, SoHo, Tribeca, and the Lower East Side. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help.
Breakfast selection could be improved by offering a larger variety of dishes.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring Manhattan, with the Grand Street metro station just a few steps away.
